4. We will confirm the deposit in 30 minuntes within Office Hour.

5. Autobid System will automatically bid the auction for you once the deposit is confirmed

6. If the auction is won, our Japan office will email and pay the seller. After receiving the goods from the seller, Japan office will send out the goods.

7. If the auction failed, you may use the deposit to bid other items or request for refund.

Is there any risk on Online Shopping ?
Although there must some uncertainty on onlineshopping, but amount Yahoo auction portal via out asia, confidence level of Japanese is most famous via out asia. either new items of 2nd handed products, explaination and discription will clearly stated. And the price is very attractive amount other portals too!

Also, It imposssible to apply for a user account of Yahoo Auction Japan as it required detail information include address and bank accounts. Therefor there are very few problems or fake crimes happen there.

Based on our experience, in order to minimize risk of online shopping, we suggest you to consider these reminders before you bid:

1. Comments from the seller is vitual important in online bidding, all sellers in Yahoo Japan Auction you can review his past records and comments from other bidders. if that sellers have over 30 good comments or above, this sellers products qualities and turst level is proven by bidders there. In contrast or that seller can have lots of good comments in short period please take care and consider before you bid!

2.Take care on items detail explainations, specification, and photos, check whehter that product haven't any damages or problems. Normally seller will specify condition of the item is a new or 2nd handed product, etc. Members can consider procedures of online bidding in Yahoo worldwide then you can get familiar with the process of bidding in Yahoo Japan.

"DEPOSIT" is to prevent members give up bidding after confirm service from Japanbid! all deposit collected from members will fully pay all charges, bid amount, deliver charges and fee of bidding service. Therefore the amount you transfer to us is considered as a "DEPOSIT" only and for the preparation of the bidding service. Or you can consider the delivery charge table which clearly stated charges and formulas of delivery. Sometimes we can only get the finalized amount after the product arrive our warehouse! So we would suggest you can deposit more a little inside your Japanbid account!
